1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Jurnaly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Jurnaly.

3. User-Generated Content

Jurnaly lets you write and contribute to collaborative stories, comments, and profile content. You retain ownership of what you write, but you grant Jurnaly a license to host, display, and distribute it within the app so other contributors and readers can see it. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights. You can report content or another user, or block a user, at any time from within the app. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour: reports are reviewed and we remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, usually within 24 hours.

5. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings. We will remove your account and associated personal data within a reasonable period after your request.

6. Jurnaly Premium Subscriptions

Jurnaly Premium removes ads and is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. The current price is shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings, and you can restore an existing subscription from Settings → Restore Purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Jurnaly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
